Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting our small handmade business. All orders are processed and shipped within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing Times

All products are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During high‑volume seasons (holidays, launches, markets), processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will always do our best to assist, but carrier issues are outside our control.


Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


Warm Weather Shipping (Soy Wax Candles & Wax Products)

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax — never paraffin — and organic, clean‑burning ingredients. Because soy wax has a lower melt point, it may soften or melt during transit in hot weather.

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to prevent heat exposure. We are not responsible for heat‑related damage once the carrier has delivered the package.
