Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our small handmade business. Due to the nature of our products, only two items are eligible for returns:

• Wax Melt Warmers • Electric Wax Warmers

All other items — including candles, wax melts, linen sprays, soaps, conditioners, skincare, and other personal‑use or handmade goods — are non‑returnable for safety, hygiene, and quality‑control reasons.


Return Window (Warmers Only)

You have 30 days from the date you receive your warmer to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Candles

  • Wax melts

  • Linen sprays

  • Soaps

  • Conditioners

  • Skincare

  • Personal‑care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

These items cannot be restocked once opened, handled, or exposed to fragrance.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for warmers. Once your return is approved, you may purchase the replacement item separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned warmer, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
