Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. During high‑volume periods, processing may extend slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare, perfumes, or personal products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Are your candles and wax melts made with soy?

Yes. We use 100% soy wax — no paraffin, no blends, no fillers.

Are your shampoo and conditioner bars sulfate‑free?

Yes. Our solid haircare bars are sulfate‑free, low‑waste, and travel‑friendly, made with gentle, nourishing ingredients.

Do you offer custom scents or bulk orders?
